# RNS.ID User Documentation

> Learn how to use RNS.ID, apply for a Palau ID, manage Legal DID and Palau Mailing, earn rewards, and resolve account or billing issues.

RNS.ID is the application platform for the Republic of Palau Digital Residency Program and related identity services. Use this documentation to choose a product, complete an application, manage an existing service, or solve an account problem.

### Palau ID

A government-issued Digital Residency ID from the Republic of Palau. The application includes identity verification, review, card production, and delivery. Start with the [Palau ID overview](/palau-id/overview).

### Legal DID

An on-chain identity asset connected to verified claims. You control a minted Legal DID through its wallet and can manage supported privacy and claims settings. Start with the [Legal DID overview](/legal-did/overview).

### Account and billing

## Get started

1. [Create an RNS.ID account](/getting-started/create-an-account) or sign in with an existing method.
2. Open the [RNS.ID dashboard](/getting-started/dashboard).
3. Select the product or account task you want to complete.
4. Review all product details and confirmations before submitting, paying, signing, or sending a blockchain transaction.
