# Palau ID Expedited Processing and Shipping

> Understand the optional Palau ID Expedited Service, review its current processing and shipping benefits, and manage add-on automatic renewal.

Expedited Service is an optional Palau ID add-on shown only when it is available for the current purchase, application, or renewal.

## Review the current offer

Where available, RNS.ID presents the add-on as expedited processing and can include an expedited shipping method. Before selecting it, review the live product or checkout for:

* the current price;
* whether it applies to the initial application or a future renewal;
* the processing benefit described for that order;
* the carrier or shipping method shown; and
* any account or availability restriction.

Expedited Service does not guarantee a fixed approval, production, carrier, customs, or delivery date unless the live offer expressly provides one. Availability and shipping methods can depend on the current checkout and destination.

## Add the service to a purchase or renewal

1. Select an eligible Palau ID term or renewal.
2. Select **Expedited Processing** or **Add Expedited Service** when offered.
3. Confirm that it appears as a separate item in the order summary.
4. Review the final amount and payment method.
5. Complete payment and verify the order status under **Orders**.

If the add-on is not displayed, it is not available for that checkout. Do not purchase an unrelated product or create another order to try to bypass the restriction.

## Manage Expedited Service automatic renewal

An eligible active Palau ID can show a separate **Auto-renew Expedited Service** control. Enabling it adds the displayed Expedited Service fee to the next annual renewal charge.

The main Palau ID automatic renewal must remain enabled before the Expedited Service automatic-renewal control can be used. Automatic-renewal charges follow [Payment priority](/account/payment-priority); this is separate from [RNS Balance automatic top-up](/account/balance-and-auto-top-up).

## Disable future Expedited Service renewal

Disabling the add-on's automatic renewal affects future renewal service. The confirmation shown in the product explains that future renewal applications can return to the standard processing queue and the new card can use standard international mail.

Disabling the add-on does not cancel an order or shipment that has already been paid for or started. Review the displayed renewal summary and order status before changing the setting.
