# Manage Your Palau Mailing Service

> Copy your assigned address, contact PMH for forwarding, review subscription status, renew service, and handle expiration or suspension.

<Warning>
  Palau Mailing is provided by Pacific Mail Hub (PMH), a third-party RNS.ID partner. RNS.ID facilitates the subscription and displays available status information; PMH operates onboarding, mailbox assignment, mail handling, and forwarding.
</Warning>

After approval, use RNS.ID to view subscription information and use PMH channels for mail handling and forwarding requests.

## View the active service

Open Palau Mailing from your RNS.ID dashboard to review:

* the assigned mailing address;
* service and subscription status;
* renewal or expiration information;
* available invoice details; and
* PMH's forwarding contact.

Use the copy action to avoid transcription errors when providing the mailing address. Confirm that the sender accepts a commercial mailing address before using it.

If the Palau Mailing area is blank, shows no recognized state, or provides no expected action, preserve a screenshot and the subscription record, then [contact RNS.ID Support](/support/contact-us). Do not purchase another subscription to work around an unknown display.

## Request mail forwarding

PMH, not RNS.ID, receives and forwards physical mail. Contact PMH at the address shown in the active service page—currently `pacificmailhub@gmail.com`—and follow its instructions for the item, destination, service level, and applicable fees.

Include enough information for PMH to identify the mailbox and received item, but do not send RNS.ID passwords, two-factor codes, wallet keys, or unnecessary identity-document copies.

## Renew the subscription

Review the expiration date and the renewal or subscription controls displayed by RNS.ID. Confirm the current term, price, saved payment method, and [payment priority](/account/payment-priority) before enabling or completing renewal.

If automatic renewal is available, it is managed under [Subscriptions and auto-renewal](/account/subscriptions-and-auto-renewal). A failed renewal can cause the service to expire even if the Palau ID remains active.

## Suspension and expiration

The service can be suspended when the required Palau ID expires or is revoked. Renew or reactivate the qualifying ID, then return to the Palau Mailing page and complete any reactivation action. Subscription expiration, PMH review, or operational restrictions may require a separate resolution.
