# Palau Mailing Service Overview

> Learn how Palau Mailing works, who is eligible, what Pacific Mail Hub provides, and which parts of the subscription RNS.ID facilitates.

  Palau Mailing is provided by Pacific Mail Hub (PMH), a third-party RNS.ID partner. RNS.ID facilitates the subscription and displays available status information; PMH operates onboarding, mailbox assignment, mail handling, and forwarding.

Palau Mailing gives eligible users access to a third-party mailing and forwarding service provided by Pacific Mail Hub.

## What the service includes

After PMH approves onboarding, it assigns a Palau mailing address and manages eligible mail received for that address. Forwarding and other mail-handling requests are arranged with PMH under its current service process and charges.

RNS.ID is the entry point for purchasing and viewing the subscription. It is not the mailbox operator or forwarding carrier.

Completing payment does not by itself activate the mailing service or guarantee application approval. Complete the required onboarding steps and wait for PMH's review and activation before using the assigned address.

## Eligibility

The current application requires an active Palau ID. PMH's onboarding currently asks for a Palau ID file, one supported secondary-address document, and a completed and signed PS Form 1583, followed by the required online video-notary session.

If the qualifying Palau ID expires or is revoked, the mailing service can be suspended until the ID is renewed or otherwise reactivated.

## What the address does not establish

  The assigned mailing address is not proof that you reside in Palau, not a residential address, and not proof of legal residence, domicile, or tax residence. A bank, exchange, government body, or other third party may refuse it as proof of address.

Do not purchase the service on the assumption that a specific third party must accept the address.

## Application journey

1. Confirm an active Palau ID and purchase the available subscription.
2. Use the RNS.ID action to continue to PMH's external onboarding experience.
3. Follow PMH's current instructions to provide the Palau ID, one matching secondary-address document, and the signed PS Form 1583.
4. Schedule and attend the video-notary meeting through PMH.
5. Respond to correction or rescheduling instructions sent by PMH.
6. After approval, view the assigned address in RNS.ID and manage forwarding with PMH.
