# RNS.ID and PMH Responsibilities

> Understand which Palau Mailing tasks RNS.ID facilitates and which onboarding, address, mail handling, and forwarding services PMH provides.

<Warning>
  Palau Mailing is provided by Pacific Mail Hub (PMH), a third-party RNS.ID partner. RNS.ID facilitates the subscription and displays available status information; PMH operates onboarding, mailbox assignment, mail handling, and forwarding.
</Warning>

RNS.ID facilitates the subscription and displays status, while Pacific Mail Hub provides and operates the mailing service.

## Responsibility at a glance

| Area | RNS.ID | Pacific Mail Hub (PMH) |
| - | - | - |
| Eligibility entry point | Confirms the qualifying Palau ID in the product | Reviews mailing-onboarding requirements |
| Purchase | Facilitates the subscription checkout and account record | Provides the underlying mailing service |
| Application | Links or presents the onboarding journey | Reviews address evidence, Form 1583, signature, and notarization |
| Status | Displays available application and subscription status | Determines onboarding, mailbox, and operational status |
| Mailing address | Displays the approved address when available | Assigns and operates the mailbox |
| Received mail | Does not handle physical mail | Receives and handles eligible mail under its process |
| Forwarding | Displays PMH contact information | Arranges forwarding and applicable charges |
| Service issues | Helps with RNS.ID checkout, account, and displayed-status problems | Handles mailbox, received-mail, and forwarding questions |

## Which party should you contact?

Before purchasing, ask PMH about document acceptance, appointment requirements, provider terms, or handling of onboarding documents if anything is unclear. If you cannot find the appropriate PMH contact, ask [RNS.ID Support](/support/contact-us) for help identifying the contact route.

Contact [RNS.ID Support](/support/contact-us) when:

* the purchase or subscription is missing from your RNS.ID account;
* checkout or payment fails;
* the RNS.ID page cannot open the PMH journey;
* displayed status or Palau ID eligibility appears incorrect.

Contact PMH when:

* you have a Form 1583, notary, or onboarding question from PMH;
* an assigned address or received item needs clarification;
* you want to forward, hold, or otherwise handle mail;
* forwarding fees, destinations, or delivery arrangements are involved.

For active accounts, RNS.ID currently displays `pacificmailhub@gmail.com` as the PMH forwarding contact. Use the contact details shown in your active service page if they differ.

## Information and decisions

PMH sends onboarding, meeting, and review updates to the email address used for the PMH application. RNS.ID can display status received from the service, but PMH controls its application and mail-operation decisions.
