# Voyager Pass for Existing Holders

> Learn how existing Voyager Pass holders can identify the official collection, check redemption status, and use supported benefits.

  RNS.ID no longer sells new Voyager Passes. Existing tokens can be transferred through third-party marketplaces such as OpenSea.

Voyager Pass is a legacy NFT issued earlier in the RNS.ID program. Existing holders can check a token's recorded Palau ID redemption status, contact Support about the one-year Palau ID benefit, and use the separate self-service RNS Points flow where available.

## Current purpose of this guide

This section helps an existing holder:

* check whether a token is redeemable, already redeemed, or not redeemable;
* contact Support to request an eligible one-year Palau ID benefit;
* redeem the RNS Points benefit currently shown in the product; and
* troubleshoot token, ownership, or redemption records.

It is not a sale, minting, or investment guide.

## Identify an existing Voyager Pass

Existing tokens can appear in the [official Voyager Pass collection on OpenSea](https://opensea.io/collection/voyager-pass). Before connecting a wallet or acquiring a token, verify that it uses the official Ethereum contract:

RNS.ID does not operate OpenSea, control third-party listings or prices, or guarantee a transaction with another holder. A listing, token transfer, or current ownership does not by itself prove that a benefit remains redeemable.

  Check the contract, token number, and redemption status before relying on a secondary-market listing. A transfer does not reset a benefit that was already redeemed.

## Ownership and redeemability

Holding a token and having an available benefit are separate questions. Enter the token number in the [Voyager Pass checker](https://rns.id/checkRedeemability) to review its recorded Palau ID redemption status:

* **Redeemable** — the checker currently shows a benefit record as available;
* **Already Redeemed** — the recorded benefit has previously been used; or
* **Non-redeemable** — the checker did not find a currently redeemable record for the token.

The checker result does not verify current wallet ownership or guarantee approval of a redemption request. If an apparently eligible, unused token reports **Non-redeemable**, do not repeatedly submit the check or assume that the NFT itself is invalid. Preserve the result and contact Support.

## Legacy Palau ID benefit

The one-year Palau ID benefit is not currently self-service. An eligible existing holder must [contact RNS.ID Support](/support/contact-us) before checkout and follow the instructions provided for the request. The benefit does not bypass identity verification, application review, government approval, shipping, or other required steps.

  Never send a Voyager Pass, seed phrase, or private key to a person who claims it is required for verification. Reject any unexpected token approval, transfer, payment transaction, or wallet signature.
