## Availability and benefit

### Can I buy a new Voyager Pass from RNS.ID?

No. RNS.ID no longer sells new Voyager Passes.

### Can existing Voyager Passes be transferred?

Existing tokens can be transferred through third-party marketplaces such as the [official Voyager Pass collection on OpenSea](https://opensea.io/collection/voyager-pass). RNS.ID does not operate the marketplace, control listings or prices, or guarantee a transaction with another holder.

Before relying on a listing, confirm that the token uses the official Ethereum contract [`0x87acAE6dF21385A74ed4FB55A1a29354E9bdc6c1`](https://etherscan.io/address/0x87acAE6dF21385A74ed4FB55A1a29354E9bdc6c1#code), verify the token number, and check its redemption status. Ownership does not guarantee that a benefit remains unused.

### What can an eligible existing pass redeem?

An eligible existing Pass may provide a one-year Palau ID benefit and the RNS Points benefit currently displayed in the product. Each benefit has its own redemption record and requirements. The Palau ID benefit must be requested through Support; the Points benefit has a separate self-service flow. See [Palau ID redemption](/rewards/voyager-pass/redeem) and [RNS Points redemption](/rewards/voyager-pass/redeem-points).

## Ownership and redemption

### How do I check a token?

Enter its token number in the [Voyager Pass checker](https://rns.id/checkRedeemability). It returns **Redeemable**, **Already Redeemed**, or **Non-redeemable**. The result is a record check; it does not verify current ownership or guarantee approval of a benefit request.

### Can I redeem the one-year Palau ID benefit in checkout?

No. The Palau ID benefit is not currently a self-service checkout action. Check the token record, then [contact RNS.ID Support](/support/contact-us) before checkout. Support will provide the applicable verification and next steps.

Wallet connection and an ownership signature remain part of the separate self-service RNS Points flow when that action is shown in the signed-in product.

### Can I redeem a pass twice?

The same benefit cannot be redeemed twice with the same Pass. An **Already Redeemed** record remains with the token, and transferring it does not reset that record.

### Does a redeemable pass guarantee Palau ID approval?

No. Support must first review the benefit request. Identity verification, screening, application review, government approval, and any required video call still apply.

## Troubleshooting and security

### What if the checker does not show my pass as redeemable?

Confirm the official contract and token number. If an apparently eligible, unused token reports **Non-redeemable**, do not repeatedly submit the check or treat that result alone as proof that the NFT is invalid. Preserve the result and follow the [Support-assisted redemption guide](/rewards/voyager-pass/redeem).

### Will RNS.ID ask me to transfer the NFT for support?

No legitimate ownership check requires sending the pass to a support representative. Report any such request through [Security and scam reporting](/support/security-and-scam-reporting).
