How to book compensated tickets through RNS
Step 1: Contact RNS Support
Open Live Chat (bottom right corner) at www.rns.id or email us at [email protected].
Log into your RNS.ID account and find your service code on the top right side of the screen.
Send the service code to customer support through chat.
Step 2: Provide Flight Information
Provide flight information (dates, times, From city, To city) and passenger details, etc.
Step 3: Booking Review
Review and confirm flight details (passenger info, dates, times, From city, To city, fare class, etc.) with customer support.
The final pricing (after compensation) will be provided by customer support.
Step 4: Payment of Airfare (Portion beyond compensation)
Pay the balance by transferring to the blockchain address provided by the customer service.
After successful payment, share your transaction hash with customer service to confirm payment.
Step 5: Booking Verification
Re-confirm flight selection and booking information with support.
Support will book your flight and send booking confirmation to you.
Important Information
Free lounge access ($59 value) is subject to availability.
Compensation applies only to base airfare and does not cover additional services such as seat selection, baggage, insurance, or other extras.
Retain the transaction hash for customer service to verify the payment.

Where can I use the one-time club pass?
The one-time club pass grants access to United Club Lounges and partner lounges, excluding Polaris lounges. One-time Club Passes are valid for 1 year.
Will my RNS points be deducted for flight bookings?
No, RNS points will not be deducted.
How can I check available flights?
You can chat with us on the RNS website—our team is available 24/7. Alternatively, visit United Airlines to search for flights, and we’ll apply your 20% discount to your preferred choice.
How do I get my RNS.ID service code?
For Desktop Users:
Log in to RNS.ID, then copy the service code from the top right of the navigation bar and provide it to customer support.
For Mobile Users:
On the home page, tap the menu button (☰)
Scroll down to the second-to-last option, your 8-digit service code will be displayed. Provide it to customer service.
Can I get lounge access independently if I book on my own?
Yes. As long as you're an eligible participant, you can receive free lounge access while supplies last whether you book through RNS support or independently. Simply contact support with your flight details to arrange your lounge access.

Terms and Conditions
Program Terms and Limitations
Participation in this program and receiving flight compensation from RNS indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions and agreement to provide required information for the program.
Participants must first pay the non-compensated portion of the flight price.
Compensation times and VIP lounge accesses are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Compensation quotas are for reference only and may run out at any time, either during or after the compensation program.
Travel Risks
RNS does not assume any travel risks.
We are not responsible for any changes, delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions.
Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks and unforeseen circumstances.
All flights are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline. We cannot intervene in the airline's operational decisions.
Data Security
Any flight and passenger information provided by participants will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purposes of this compensation program.
Measures are in place to ensure the security of your personal information.
We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Flight Changes and Compensations
Participants shall comply with the airline's policies regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds.
We will not cover any fees associated with flight changes or cancellations, nor bear any losses for non-refundable tickets.
This compensation program covers airfare for specified cabin classes only (see program details). Additional costs, such as seat selection and baggage fees, are the traveler's responsibility. Please review United Airlines' policies and restrictions.
Any additional costs incurred due to rescheduling or cancellation shall be your responsibility.
User Responsibilities
While RNS facilitates the purchase of United Airlines tickets, the responsibility for ensuring accuracy in flight details (e.g., names, dates, and destinations) lies with the participants.
Any errors in submitted information that result in additional costs or ticket issues are the participant's responsibility.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any lawsuit or other legal disputes arising from this compensation program shall be governed by the laws of Palau, and any claims or actions must be raised in the courts of Palau.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this program, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith mediation.
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, RNS reserves the right to make the final determination. In the event of a lawsuit or any other legal dispute, both parties agree that the maximum recoverable amount for any claims or liability shall be limited to the face value of the plane ticket.
