How many ticket discounts can I apply for?
Based on your RNS Points, you can receive the following ticket discounts:
0 points: 1 ticket reimbursement + 1 free lounge access
0 < RNS Points ≤ 50: 2 ticket reimbursements + 2 free lounge accesses
50 < RNS Points ≤ 100: 3 ticket reimbursements + 3 free lounge accesses
RNS Points ≥ 100: 5 ticket reimbursements + 5 free lounge accesses
Do I need to apply for lounge access at the same time as my ticket benefits?
No, you don’t have to. If you qualify, you can apply for lounge access separately.
How do I get my tickets?
Use the Live Chat in the bottom right corner of the website to contact customer service with your flight details. They will reimburse the cost of your ticket within 24 hours.
Event Duration & Terms
By participating in this event and receiving the flight reimbursement from RNS, you accept all terms and conditions and consent to providing any required information for the reimbursement process.
The event duration and specific terms are subject to change without prior notice at RNS's discretion. Any changes will be communicated promptly to participants, where feasible.
Participants are encouraged to act promptly to secure their benefits, as availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Travel Risks
We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions caused by the airline. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks and unforeseen circumstances.
All flights are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, and we cannot intervene in their operational decisions.
Data Security
Any flight and passenger information provided by participants will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purposes of this promotion.
Robust data protection measures are in place to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access or misuse.
We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Flight Changes and Reimbursements
Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with the airline's policies regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds.
We will not cover any fees associated with flight changes or cancellations, nor bear any losses for non-refundable tickets.
This reimbursement covers airfare for specified cabin classes only (see activity details). Additional costs, such as seat selection and baggage fees, are the traveler's responsibility. Please review United Airlines' policies and restrictions.
Any additional costs incurred due to a rescheduling or cancellation request will be your responsibility.
Activity Terms and Limitations
This promotion is initiated by RNS, and we reserve the right to modify or terminate the event at any time without prior notice.
Reimbursement requests will be processed as quickly as possible, with a target completion time of 24 hours. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed.
The availability of reimbursements and VIP lounge visits is limited. Reimbursements will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
We do not guarantee additional reimbursement quotas for applications exceeding the budget or quota limits, either during or after the promotional period.
User Responsibilities
While RNS facilitates the purchase of United Airlines tickets, the responsibility for ensuring accuracy in flight details (e.g., names, dates, and destinations) lies with the participants.
Any errors in submitted information that result in additional costs or ticket issues are the participant’s responsibility.
Force Majeure and Disputes
We will strive to provide seamless reimbursement services. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by airline policies or force majeure events.
In case of any disputes, RNS reserves the right to make the final decision and interpretation.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RNS operates.
