An RNS.ID account gives you access to product applications, identity management, rewards, orders, subscriptions, and account settings.

Choose a sign-up method

Go to rns.id/app and select Sign up. The production interface may offer the following methods:
  • Email: verify the email address, then create a password.
  • Google: authorize RNS.ID through your Google account.
  • Apple: authorize RNS.ID through your Apple account.
  • Crypto wallet: connect a supported wallet and sign the login message.
The options shown in the interface are the current supported options for your device and location.

Sign up with email

  1. Enter an email address you can access.
  2. Select Continue and check that inbox for the verification code.
  3. Enter the code on the Verify email screen. If it does not arrive, check spam and use the resend action after the countdown ends.
  4. Create and confirm a password that meets the RNS.ID password requirements.
  5. Continue to the dashboard after the account-creation confirmation appears.
Keep access to the email address connected to your account. The current self-service flow can reset an email-account password, but it does not provide general recovery for a lost email address, inaccessible social account, or lost wallet.

Sign up with Google or Apple

Select the provider, complete its authorization flow, and return to RNS.ID. If RNS.ID asks you to link an email address, complete the email-code step so all account features are available. If you select Hide My Email with Apple and Apple supplies a @privaterelay.appleid.com address, RNS.ID requires a separate, non-relay email address that you can access. This is not an optional profile field: complete the verification flow before the account can continue. See Apple Hide My Email and RNS.ID.

Sign up with a wallet

Select Continue with Crypto Wallet, choose a supported wallet, and read the complete message before signing. The displayed text can vary by wallet and network. The account flow should request an off-chain signature, not a token approval, asset transfer, or blockchain transaction.
A login signature is not a payment or mint transaction. Sign only after starting the action from rns.id and confirming that the purpose and address match. A no-gas statement alone does not prove that a prompt is safe, and you should not copy or share the resulting signature.

After creating the account

Open the RNS.ID dashboard to choose a product. On a later visit, follow Sign in to your RNS.ID account. You can also connect additional wallets or social sign-in methods from Connected accounts and wallets.
