Earning Points

Sign in and open the RNS Points or Referral page. Your personal link and code appear there when the program is available to your account.

When does a referral earn Points?

The referred user must complete the qualifying action displayed in the current program, and the referral must be attributed to your link or code. Incomplete, reversed, disputed, charged-back, or ineligible activity may not earn Points or may cause a reversal.

What is a secondary-referral reward?

It is an eligible reward generated when someone referred by your direct referral completes the program’s qualifying action. The current product shows the applicable rate and conditions.

Why is my referral missing?

The recipient may have registered or purchased before the code was associated, used another referral, or not completed a qualifying action. Check the activity log, then contact support with non-sensitive order details if the record still appears incorrect.

Why did I reach a displayed referral target but receive no coupon?

A referral count or generated sharing message is not proof that a coupon was issued. Check both Claimable and Available. If the reward is absent, preserve the referral activity and the condition that was displayed, then contact support. Do not rely on a promotional sharing preview as confirmation that the reward can be claimed.

Using Points and coupons

What can I use RNS Points for?

RNS Points are account rewards for eligible benefits offered in RNS.ID. Review the available rewards and their conditions in the signed-in product. See RNS Points for earning and redemption guidance.

Why can’t I claim a coupon?

Your Points balance, claim window, account eligibility, or coupon inventory may not meet the displayed requirements. Open the reward details for the current condition.

Why won’t my coupon apply at checkout?

Check its product, term, payment-method, account, combination, and expiration restrictions. Do not pay until the order summary shows the expected benefit.

Can a coupon be used automatically for a subscription renewal?

Yes. Auto-Apply for Subscription is normally enabled by default for eligible coupons. A renewal can automatically use up to two matching coupons, prioritizing the higher discount. Turn the setting off on each coupon you want to keep before the subscription’s Next Deduction Date. See Automatic use for subscription renewals.

Can I send a coupon to another user?

Only when that coupon shows a supported share or transfer action. Use the product to generate the official claim link; a screenshot or copied coupon label does not transfer ownership. The recipient must claim it before the deadline shown by the product.

What do the coupon statuses mean?

Claimable can be claimed, Available can be used, Used has been applied, Expired is past its deadline, and Sent has entered the supported sharing flow.

Can a reward be reversed?

Yes. A payment reversal, chargeback, invalid referral, corrected transaction, or other eligibility failure can result in an adjustment or reversal shown in the activity log.
