Application statuses

Submit a correction

  1. Open the affected application.
  2. Read every correction title and detail.
  3. Replace only the requested document, photo, personal field, or shipping field.
  4. Recheck related fields for consistency.
  5. Submit the correction and confirm that the dashboard no longer shows an incomplete action.
A correction request is not the same as a final rejection. Do not create a new account or purchase another ID unless RNS.ID Support instructs you to do so.

How long does the Palau ID application take?

Review times vary by application and stage. Check the current dashboard and email updates instead of relying on an estimate from an old document. If an email and the dashboard conflict, preserve both records and ask support to confirm the required action. Do not assume that a conflicting display extends an appeal deadline.

Appeal a rejected application

You may request an appeal within 30 days from the date your application was denied by contacting support@rns.id, as stated in the Appeal section of the Terms of Service. Include your application reference, the denial date, and the issue you want reviewed. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee approval.

Contact support

Contact RNS.ID Support when the status is unknown, an action cannot be opened, a correction remains after successful resubmission, or a rejection reason needs clarification. Include the application ID and a screenshot with identity-document numbers redacted. Submit identity evidence only through a verified, approved secure channel when requested, not as an ordinary email or chat attachment.
