Purchase options are displayed in the production RNS.ID interface. Use that screen for the current terms, prices, capacity, and optional services.

Before checkout

  1. Review eligibility and requirements.
  2. Prepare a valid identity document, a compliant portrait, and a deliverable shipping address.
  3. Sign in to the RNS.ID account you intend to use for the application.
  4. Make sure you can receive email verification and status messages.

Palau ID prices and validity terms

Open the Palau ID product page at rns.id and select an available validity term. Optional processing or related services appear only when currently offered. Review Expedited Service before selecting the paid processing and shipping add-on.
Do not use a price or term copied from an old document. The option displayed in your checkout is the current offer for that order.

Review checkout

Before paying, check:
  • the Palau ID term;
  • every selected add-on;
  • discounts, coupons, or RNS Points applied;
  • the final order amount;
  • the selected payment method;
  • the automatic-renewal information for any subscription-based product;
  • any product confirmations or acknowledgements.
If you are an eligible existing Voyager Pass holder, do not place an order expecting the one-year benefit to appear automatically. Check the token record and contact RNS.ID Support before checkout; the Palau ID benefit is not currently self-service. See Redeem a Voyager Pass.

Complete payment

Select one of the methods offered for that checkout. Availability can depend on the product, account, and transaction. See Payment methods before using card, crypto, or RNS Balance. For crypto payments, select Pay with Crypto and complete the transaction inside the payment flow opened for the current order. Verify the network, token, amount, destination, and wallet prompt there.
Do not leave the active payment flow and manually transfer cryptocurrency to a contract address. A successful on-chain transfer by itself does not mean the Palau ID order has been paid. See Pay with crypto.
A wallet signature used to prove ownership is different from a payment transaction.

After payment

Open Orders to confirm the payment status. Paid records successful payment, not application approval, ID issuance, or activation of an optional third-party service. Continue to Complete your Palau ID application and follow the identity-verification action shown for the order. If payment is incomplete or records conflict, see Orders and payment status. Review Subscriptions after purchase. An eligible purchase can create or update automatic renewal without a separate enable action, and Palau ID renewal may be attempted up to 60 days before renewal.
