RNS.ID no longer sells new Voyager Passes. The one-year Palau ID benefit is not currently available through self-service checkout. Existing holders must contact RNS.ID Support to request it.
An eligible existing Voyager Pass may provide a one-year Palau ID benefit. Support must review the request and provide the applicable next steps.

Check the recorded token status

Enter the token number in the Voyager Pass checker. The result can be:
  • Redeemable — the checker currently shows a benefit record as available. Contact Support to request the benefit.
  • Already Redeemed — the recorded Palau ID benefit has already been used. Contact Support if this conflicts with your records.
  • Non-redeemable — the checker did not find a currently redeemable record for that token. This result alone does not prove that the NFT is invalid.
The checker does not verify current wallet ownership, guarantee that Support will approve the request, or replace the Palau ID application and review process.
If an apparently eligible, unused token reports Non-redeemable, do not repeatedly submit the check. Preserve the result and contact Support.

Request the benefit through Support

  1. Record the Voyager Pass token number and public address of the wallet currently holding it.
  2. Save a screenshot of the checker result or the exact error displayed.
  3. Contact RNS.ID Support and state that you want to request the one-year Palau ID benefit for an existing Voyager Pass.
  4. Include the RNS.ID account email intended for the application, the public wallet address, token number, and checker result.
  5. Follow the next steps provided through an official RNS.ID support channel.
  6. If Support confirms the benefit, complete the remaining Palau ID application, identity-verification, and review requirements.
Do not start or pay for a standard Palau ID order expecting the Voyager Pass benefit to appear automatically. Contact Support before checkout unless Support instructs you otherwise.

Protect the Pass and wallet

Support does not need your seed phrase, private key, password, verification code, or authenticator QR code. Do not send the Pass to another wallet merely to verify ownership. Reject any unexpected token approval, transfer, payment transaction, or wallet signature, and confirm unfamiliar instructions through RNS.ID Support. An Already Redeemed record is not reset by transferring the Pass. The separate RNS Points benefit still has its own self-service wallet flow. See Redeem a Voyager Pass for RNS Points.
