The dashboard is the starting point for product purchases, applications, identity management, rewards, orders, payments, and settings. Sign in at rns.id/app to see the features available to your account.

Find your identity products

Use the ID area to:
  • start or continue a Palau ID application;
  • review application actions and status;
  • manage an approved or active Palau ID;
  • view card production and shipping;
  • manage Legal DID minting, claims, and history where eligible.
See the Palau ID overview and Legal DID overview for complete journeys.

Find assets and RNS Balance

Open Assets to:
  • review and manually top up RNS Balance;
  • configure or cancel automatic top-up;
  • open the complete Balance record; and
  • view supported wallet assets such as an existing Voyager Pass or Legal DID.
Asset visibility can depend on the connected wallet. Connecting or removing a wallet from the RNS.ID account does not transfer an on-chain asset.

Find services and programs

The dashboard can also provide access to:
  • Palau Mailing, including subscription and partner status information;
  • RNS Points and coupons, including referral activity and reward records;
  • Affiliate, for eligible accounts, referral performance, commissions, and payout settings;
  • Voyager Pass holder tools, including Points redemption where shown. The one-year Palau ID benefit must be requested through Support and is not currently self-service.
Availability depends on account and product status. A visible card or menu does not by itself guarantee eligibility.

Manage account and billing

Use the account menu or settings to review:
  • email, passwords, 2FA, connected social accounts, and wallets;
  • saved payment methods and payment priority;
  • orders and payment status;
  • active subscriptions and automatic renewal.

Understand action states

RNS.ID displays actions based on the current record. For example, an application may show Continue, Correct, or View details, while an ID may show renewal, shipping, download, or Legal DID options.
Check the status and action currently shown for the specific application, ID, order, or subscription. If it conflicts with an email, provider receipt, or blockchain record, preserve both records and ask support to clarify before repeating a payment or another consequential action. A dashboard record can take time to update.
If an expected product is missing, first confirm that you signed in with the correct account. Then check Troubleshooting or contact support.
