There is a recent surge in phishing emails that are falsely claiming to be from RNS.ID. These emails promote services such as Palau Land, Palau E-SIM, Palau Passport, and Palau Address.
Please note that the Palau Address service is currently in a beta stage and not yet officially launched by RNS.ID. The other services mentioned are not currently offered, although some may be considered for future development.
In addition, fraudulent emails contain requests for ETH payments to specific wallet addresses. Our team is working closely with law enforcement to locate the scammers both physically and digitally. Your security remains our top priority.
We have identified several email addresses associated with these phishing attempts. If you receive emails from the following senders, please do not engage with them. Report these emails immediately to both us and Google:

To help protect yourself, please take the following precautions:
Do NOT trust emails coming from [email protected] email addresses.
Avoid opening attachments or clicking links from unfamiliar or suspicious sources.

Hello,
Thank you for being part of our program.We are pleased to inform you that the Palau Government will begin accepting proof of address provided by authorized third-party companies. This initiative aims to streamline processes, improve verification efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Accepted third-party documents include, but are not limited to:
Utility bills issued by service providers (electricity, water, internet, etc.)
Bank or financial institution statements
Additionally, we’re excited to announce that the Palau Government has authorized us to accept applications for the Palauan Passport, the official passport for residents of Palau. Obtaining this passport will not affect your current residency status. The Palauan Passport is recognized by:
88 countries visa-free
53 countries with an e-visa
20 countries with visa on arrival
The passport is valid for 10 years, and upon renewal, you will be eligible to apply for permanent residency in Palau. Costs for services:
Proof of Address: 1.15 ETH
Palauan Passport: 0.65 ETH
If you receive an email like this, do NOT respond or send any payment — this is a scam.
