You can download a PDF copy of your Palau ID from your RNS.ID account after completing the required security verification.
Download the file
- Sign in and open your active Palau ID.
- Find Digital ID Copy and select its download action.
- Enter your account password when prompted.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the current six-digit authenticator code.
- Download and store the PDF securely.
Downloading the file does not establish permission to use it in a particular verification process or guarantee acceptance by a third party.
Protect the document
The PDF contains sensitive identity information. Store it in an encrypted or access-controlled location, send it only to a trusted recipient, and remove unnecessary copies from shared devices or cloud folders.
RNS.ID Support will never need your password or authenticator code to download the file for you. Do not share either credential.
If the download does not work
Confirm that the ID is active, your password is correct, and the authenticator clock is synchronized. Then try an updated browser with downloads enabled. If the action is missing or the generated file fails, follow Troubleshooting or contact support.
