RNS.ID Affiliate Program Overview

The RNS.ID Affiliate Program lets eligible participants refer users, provide supported coupons, and earn commissions from eligible Palau ID purchases and renewals.

Check your qualification routes

The Affiliate page can display qualification through:

• a qualifying Palau ID purchase or current or previous Palau ID ownership;
• verified ownership of an existing Voyager Pass;
• at least one eligible referral;
• approved RNS Astronaut onboarding; or
• approved KOL onboarding.

RNS Astronaut and KOL qualification routes are reviewed and activated manually. Participation in the related program or submission of an application does not automatically activate Affiliate access. Not every route is open or actionable for every user. Use the status and action shown in your signed-in account.

Join the program

1. Sign in and open the Affiliate Program page.
2. Review the qualification cards and complete an enabled route, or wait for approval if your route requires manual onboarding.
3. When your account is eligible, continue to the Affiliate setup.
4. Review the current program levels, referral thresholds, commissions, coupons, and payout conditions.
5. Configure the requested contact and payout information.
6. Confirm that the dashboard shows an active affiliate level.

Referral links and invitee coupons

The dashboard provides an Affiliate invite code and link. When an eligible invitee uses the supported link or code, the applicable Affiliate coupons can be made available to the invitee’s account. Opening a link or registering through it does not by itself generate a commission. A supported Affiliate coupon must be applied to an eligible Palau ID purchase or renewal, and the order must complete successfully before a commission can be recorded. Other RNS.ID products do not automatically qualify. The link or code should be used before the eligible purchase is completed. There is no self-service option to add an Affiliate code to a completed order. If the dashboard conflicts with your referral evidence, preserve the relevant details and contact support for review. A review does not guarantee that attribution can be changed.

Understand invitee coupons

Coupon value, eligible product, payment-method restriction, and expiration are determined by the current Affiliate offer shown in the invitee’s account and at checkout. They are not necessarily determined by the Affiliate’s level. An Affiliate cannot claim coupons through their own code. Affiliate coupon eligibility is generally limited to one claim within a one-calendar-year period, and an issued coupon generally expires after 365 days. The options and eligibility displayed at checkout are authoritative.

Levels and commissions

The current program has Affiliate levels V1 through V8. Levels are based on the current program rules and cumulative qualifying referrals. A displayed threshold is met when the qualifying-referral count reaches it. Review the live level table and progress shown in your account instead of relying on an older fixed table. The commission for an eligible order is calculated using the Affiliate level and offer recorded when that order is attributed. A later level change does not retroactively recalculate an earlier commission. If an eligible order is later reversed, disputed, charged back, or found ineligible, the associated qualifying-referral count and level progress can also be adjusted. Commissions can be locked, pending, adjusted, or excluded based on payment settlement, payment reversal, dispute, chargeback, fraud prevention, and program eligibility. See Dashboard and payouts.
