The Affiliate dashboard shows referral activity and commission status and lets eligible affiliates maintain payout details.

Read the dashboard

The dashboard can show:
  • current affiliate level and progress toward the next level;
  • cumulative qualifying referrals;
  • total and period-based commission data;
  • locked or pending amounts;
  • referral and commission charts; and
  • individual invitee or commission records.
Use the date and invite-type filters when comparing totals. A registration is not necessarily a qualifying referral, and gross commission is not necessarily ready for payout.

Understand commission status

A commission can remain locked or pending while the related payment clears the required fraud, chargeback, payment-reversal, or settlement window. Payment method can affect the schedule. Payment reversals, disputes, invalid attribution, or other eligibility changes can adjust or cancel a commission. If an eligible order is later reversed, disputed, charged back, or found ineligible, its commission and qualifying-referral count can be reversed. If the commission has already entered settlement, the adjustment can be applied to a future balance.

Review the payout schedule

Eligible commissions are calculated in the monthly cycle beginning on the 1st. Payouts are normally distributed within five business days, but processing, validation, security review, or network conditions can affect the actual timing. Eligible crypto checkout payments normally have no base waiting period and can enter the next monthly cycle. Credit-card and other supported payment methods can be subject to a 120-day validation period. Additional security holds can apply. Check the Affiliate payout setup page for the schedule and status currently shown to your account.

Customize your referral code

Eligible Affiliates can replace the default referral code from the Affiliate dashboard. A custom code must:
  • contain exactly eight English letters or numbers;
  • be unique; and
  • not use an unavailable or reserved sequence.
After changing the code, copy the updated referral link and replace previously shared links. Do not assume an old code remains valid. Changing a code does not change the attribution of completed orders.

Configure payouts

The current production setup supports:
  • TRON — USDT, shown as the recommended option;
  • Polygon — USDC; and
  • Solana — USDC.
  1. Open the affiliate payout setup.
  2. Select the network and token pair.
  3. Enter a wallet address for that exact network.
  4. Enter the email that should receive monthly statements and payout notices.
  5. Review the current schedule and security hold.
  6. Save and recheck the displayed payout information.
Sending a payout to an incompatible or incorrect address can be irreversible. A Polygon address is not a TRON or Solana address even if the same wallet application supports multiple networks.

Update payout information

Use the dedicated update action and verify the network, token, address, and notification email again. If any payout bill is Pending or Processing, the entire update is blocked: you cannot change the settlement network, token, wallet address, or notification email. Wait until no payout bill remains in either state, then try again. A later change does not alter a payout that has already been completed. If the current wallet address is incorrect, inaccessible, or unsafe while an update is blocked, contact support immediately with the Affiliate account email, affected bill status, selected network and token, and the public wallet address. Do not send a seed phrase, private key, password, or verification code. If dashboard totals or a settlement record appear incorrect, contact support with the affiliate account email, date range, invitee reference, and screenshots. Never include wallet recovery information.
