Eligibility and attribution

How do I become an affiliate?

Open the Affiliate page and complete a route enabled for your account. Current routes can include a qualifying Palau ID purchase or current or previous Palau ID ownership, verified Voyager Pass ownership, at least one eligible referral, approved RNS Astronaut onboarding, or approved KOL onboarding. RNS Astronaut and KOL routes require manual review and activation. Participation in the related program or submission of an application does not automatically activate Affiliate access. No. Opening your link or registering through it does not by itself create a commission. A supported Affiliate coupon must be applied to an eligible Palau ID purchase or renewal, and the order must complete successfully.

Which purchases can earn an Affiliate commission?

Commissions currently apply only to eligible Palau ID purchases and renewals that match the Affiliate offer shown in the account. Other RNS.ID products do not automatically qualify.

Can a referral code be added after purchase?

There is no self-service option to add an Affiliate code to a completed order. The supported link or code should be used before checkout, and the applicable Affiliate coupon must be applied to the eligible order. If the dashboard conflicts with your referral evidence, preserve the details and contact support for review. A review does not guarantee that attribution can be changed.

Why is a referral or commission missing?

The invitee may not have received or applied the applicable Affiliate coupon, the order may not cover an eligible Palau ID product, or the order may not have completed successfully. Settlement, payment reversal, dispute, chargeback, attribution, and eligibility checks can also affect the record. Use the activity record and date filters before contacting support.

Levels, coupons, and commissions

How are affiliate levels determined?

The current program has levels V1 through V8. Your level is based on the qualifying-referral count and the rules shown in your account. A displayed threshold is met when the qualifying-referral count reaches it. Use the live level table instead of an older fixed table.

Does a later level upgrade increase commissions from earlier orders?

No. An eligible order uses the Affiliate level and offer recorded when the order is attributed. A later level change does not retroactively recalculate an earlier commission.

Are the displayed earnings immediately payable?

Not always. An amount can be locked or pending during payment settlement, fraud prevention, payment-reversal, dispute, or chargeback review.

Why did a commission change or disappear?

A payment reversal, dispute, chargeback, invalid attribution, payment failure, fraud review, or other eligibility change can adjust or cancel it. The same event can also reduce the qualifying-referral count and level progress. If the commission has already entered settlement, the adjustment can be applied to a future balance.

Do all invitees receive the same coupon?

No. Coupon value, eligible product, payment-method restriction, and expiration are determined by the current Affiliate offer shown in the invitee’s account and at checkout. They are not necessarily determined by the Affiliate’s level.

Can I use my own Affiliate code?

No. An Affiliate cannot claim coupons through their own code.

How often can an invitee claim Affiliate coupons?

Affiliate coupon eligibility is generally limited to one claim within a one-calendar-year period. An issued coupon generally expires after 365 days. The account and checkout show current eligibility and expiration details.

Why is an Affiliate coupon unavailable at checkout?

The coupon may not match the selected Palau ID product, term, or payment method, may have expired, or may already have been used. Use the coupon eligibility displayed at checkout.

Referral codes

Can I customize my referral code?

Eligible Affiliates can replace the default code from the Affiliate dashboard. The new code must contain exactly eight English letters or numbers, must be unique, and cannot use an unavailable or reserved sequence. After changing it, copy the updated link and replace previously shared links. Changing a code does not change completed-order attribution.

Payouts

Which payout networks are supported?

The current setup offers TRON USDT, Polygon USDC, and Solana USDC, with TRON shown as recommended. Confirm the live options before saving an address.

When are commissions paid?

Eligible commissions are calculated in the monthly cycle beginning on the 1st. Payouts are normally distributed within five business days, but validation, security review, processing, or network conditions can affect the actual timing. Eligible crypto checkout payments normally have no base waiting period and can enter the next monthly cycle. Credit-card and other supported payment methods can be subject to a 120-day validation period. Additional security holds can apply.

Can I change my payout wallet?

Use the payout-information update action. If any payout bill is Pending or Processing, you cannot change the network, token, wallet address, or notification email. Wait until no bill remains in either state, then try again. If the saved address is incorrect, inaccessible, or unsafe, contact support immediately with the bill status and public payout details, without sending wallet keys or security codes.

What if my Affiliate access is suspended or unavailable?

Review the status displayed in the Affiliate page. For an unexpected restriction, contact support with the account email and screenshot, without sharing wallet keys or security codes.
